Cairo Historical Society

An 1880’s building is being revitalized to become a museum and community center. The project has involved the entire town of Cairo. The building and property were a donation and many people have given historical artifacts, their services to complete this project, as well as monetarily. While the old building is being redesign and brought up to code for its current use, the Historical Society is planning its next project. The property adjacent to the building is the original site of the Cairo Train Depot. The society plans to purchase a railcar to use as a display of Cairo’s rich history.

Prattsville Fire District

When Hurricane Irene hit, the town of Prattsville had extensive flooding and damage from the storm. One of the buildings that needs replaced is the Fire Department. We are a part of the team that is working with the town and the agencies involved to fund and build a new Fire Department in a new location that is above flood plains.

Windham Mountain Sporting Club

This scenic property is in the process of being developed into a residential development near the ski resort in Windham, New York. This is a large project with many agencies and consultants contributing. A few of the things we have done are a boundary survey, a wetland map as well as design the water and sewer system.
