Kaaterskill offers structural engineering, stormwater, septic systems and building design both residential and commercial.

Many of our clients own property that they would like to subdivide. This is a process we have years of experience in.

We also work with water systems. We design septic systems, or work with clients to connect to an existing water supply, design stormwater plans to prevent flood damage and stream stabilization. The complexity of the New York City Watershed requires regulation and caution that is unique to our area. After years of working in the watershed, we are experienced at navigating the process and working with different agencies to protect water quality.

Kaaterskill has several disciplines within our company, architects, engineers and surveyors are all under one roof. This has proved an invaluable asset when it comes to major projects because the person designing things from a different perspective is just across the hall.
